My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nanuq is an adventure waiting to happen! This handsome - almost 1 year old - pup is ready to be your co-pilot for a fun, active life.

He gets along with absolutely everyone, making friends with kids , politely coexisting with cats , and happily playing with dogs of all sizes. He’s especially thrilled when he finds a partner for a fun, romping wrestling session!

Nanuq is a smart pup who has worked hard on his manners, mastering his leash, potty, and kennel training. Because his curiosity runs high, a securely fenced yard is a must to keep this explorer safe.

He's neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated—ready to start his real life with you!

Please complete an adoption application at www.pathwaysforpaws.com. If he fits your family and lifestyle, you will be contacted within 48 hours.

Additional adoption info

In some circumstances, meeting the dog and a home check are done at the same time if the dog is ready to be adopted. We do have conversation with potential adopters prior to them meeting the dog. If they are interested in adopting a puppy who is not ready for adoption (not altered, not UTD, etc) they are able to put a hold on the pup until ready for adoption.

More about this rescue

Pathways for Paws was founded in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill, animal welfare organization.

Our mission is to make spay/neuter & vaccinations affordable to those in our communities. By achieving this, we will help prevent the neglect & abuse of dogs. All dogs in our care are spay/neutered, given the age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before going to their FURever families.

We work with rescues & fellow animal advocates to continue growing a network of volunteers and supporters.
