Tucker is a very loving easy going boy about 10 years old. He's most comfortable either on a lap or in the crook of a bent leg in bed. He's got a soft purr and loves to have his chin and checks rubbed. I think he likes to read because anytime I read in bed he will either nudge the bottom of the book or rest his head on top of the book.
He's very in tune to emotions and has offered emotional support to me multiple times throughout the years by gazing into my eyes when I was sad and allowing me to pet him, which always encourages warm feelings and a smile.
Although, I would prefer to be with him forever, I am caring for my Mother, who has dymentia, and she forgets that he doesn't like to be held tightly. He has communicated to her that he doesn't like the overstimulation, but she can't remember. So, for his sanity and her safety I must find a new home for him. He lives in Salem and his rehoming fee is $50.
