Meet Meg!
Meg is a 1 year and 5 month old, 21 lb mixed breed beauty with a heart as big as her zoomies! With her soft white and black coat and sweet personality, Meg wins over everyone she meets.
Meg had a rough start to life — she was one of eight puppies rescued from a power plant in Kuwait. When rescuers found her, the group was struggling to survive in harsh conditions. Despite everything, Meg’s gentle and loving nature shone through from the very beginning.
She’s great with adults, kids, and other dogs, and loves to be part of the action. True to her sweet spirit, Meg is submissive and adores belly rubs — she’ll flop right over to show you how much she trusts you. But don’t be fooled by her calm moments — once she’s comfortable, she loves to run and play with joyful bursts of energy!
Meg walks nicely on leash, rides well in the car (especially in her crate), and is working on her house training. She’s not a barker or destructive, and she’s happiest in a home with a yard where she can stretch her legs and play. She’d love a canine companion but doesn’t require one — she just needs a family who will give her the love and attention she deserves.
Meg is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated — ready to bring her gentle heart and playful spirit to her forever home.
Meg escaped Kuwait and is in a boarding facility in WA DC waiting for a foster or trial home in the PNW.
