Jessie May is a 6-month-old sweetheart bursting with energy and joy! Jessie May is a mixed breed pup who’s ready to take on the world—preferably with a running buddy, a hiking partner, or a family that loves to stay active. Her happy-go-lucky spirit makes every day feel like an adventure. Jessie May has done well with other dogs and, while she can be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly with a little patience and playtime. She hasn’t met any cats or kids yet. This fun-loving girl is still learning the ropes when it comes to manners and structure, so she’ll thrive with someone who can offer consistent guidance and positive reinforcement. She’s eager to learn and full of potential, just waiting for the right person to help her shine and take her on adventures! Give us a call or PM if you would like to meet her.

Here at the Red Desert Humane Society we strive to place pets in the best homes possible. We ask that you fill out an adoption application prior to meeting our animals. One can be emailed to you.
Once we receive your application we will review your application. During this process we will make calls to Landlords (if applicable). As well as your veterinarian that has provided care for your past or present pets.
We ask that you provide photos of your current residence where the dog will be living.
Once this is complete we ask that your bring your current animals (if any) to the shelter to meet your potential new pet as to prevent any possible problems once you get home.
If all of this goes well and you are approved we will then have you sign our adoption contract as well as pay the adoption fee.
Please call for our adoption fees or any other information.

More about this shelter
The Red Desert Humane Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to the placement of previously homeless animals in new, loving environments.
We alter and vaccinate all animals prior to placement, and screen all applicants to ensure a lifelong match between people and pets. We also educate the community about the importance of spaying and neutering pets, proper pet care, and animal welfare. We place dogs and cats in loving, forever homes!
