My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Blue!
Blue is a big-hearted, large-breed dog looking for a loving home to call his own. He grew up on a homestead with his brother, where he thrived having space to roam and a family to protect. Life changes brought unexpected loss for Blue, and since then, he’s been adjusting to a new way of living without the land and people he once called his own.

Blue is a very social, friendly dog who loves meeting new people and soaking up attention. He’s happiest when he’s included in family life and near his people—he wants to be part of everything that’s going on! Because of this, he can struggle with separation anxiety and has shown a bit of a tendency to escape when left alone, especially when he’s feeling uncertain or bored.

He’ll do best in a home that understands the instincts and needs of large guardian breeds and can offer him structure, patience, and companionship. While he doesn’t have experience with livestock, he’s eager to learn and would likely enjoy having space and purpose again.

Blue is a loyal, loving companion who wants nothing more than to belong to a family that appreciates his big heart and gentle nature. With the right environment and understanding, he’ll be an incredible best friend and guardian.
