My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stan the man is, in fact, a dog. But he's a very people friendly dog! He wants to be near you 24/7, showing you with love and affection! He's a 43 pound, 1 year old, Labrador Retriever mix and he is very excited to meet his future family!

Stan is a fan of other dogs and cats alike. He takes a minute to warm up to new people, but he quickly becomes the president of your fan club. He is working on his basic manners and training, like potty training, walking on a leash, spending time in his crate, and just generally learning to be polite. He's doing very well so far, but he will need continued training in his forever home. Since he is a boisterous fella, he will do best with older children or in an adult home, and he should only live with confident cats! And since he is super food motivated and eager to please, we think his continued training will go well, especially if he gets daily exercise and a structured schedule! Stan would love to meet you so please let us know if you think he might be the one for you!!

Submit Application

Submit Adoption Application on our website at: www.tinyntallrescue.com/adoption-application

2.
Interview

Our application team volunteers will conduct phone interviews with you the applicant and your veterinarian.

3.
Approve Application

Once all interviews are completed, and there are no issues you will receive your approval email!

4.
Interview

The foster home will review your application & information to see if you could be a potential match, and will contact if your a match

5.
Interview

If you & the foster home feel it could be a match, you & the foster will set up a day & time for the meet and greet for you and the dog!

6.
Meet the Pet

All family & resident dogs MUST attend the meet & greet. If all agree that it's the right home, you will make it official that day!

7.
Sign Adoption Contract

Once the adoption contract is signed, and the adoption fee is paid, you will take your new adopted dog home with you that day

We rescue Tiny breeds under 25 pounds and Giant Breeds. Our rescue is all foster based and we rely solely on donations.
