My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Huxley!

Huxley is a fun-loving, smart, and adventurous dog who’s always ready to make the most out of every day. He loves his toys and never turns down a chance to play, whether that means a game of fetch, exploring new places, or romping around the yard. Just as much as he enjoys activity, Huxley truly loves people and thrives on spending time with his humans.

With his bright personality and eager mind, Huxley is a joy to be around and would make a wonderful companion for an adopter looking for an engaged, affectionate, and playful friend. Huxley is ready to bring fun, love, and adventure to his forever home.

Additional adoption info

*Please note that walk-in appointments are welcomed and encouraged, and will be prioritized over online applications.

Come into the Centre and if you see a pet you like, you are able to do a "Meet and Greet" with that pet. Spend some time in alone with the pet or take a dog out for a short walk. If you are still interested in adopting the pet you can meet with one of our Adoption Counsellors who will have you fill out and application and will ask you some questions about the environment in which you live. If you seem like a wonderful match and your environment meets the needs of the pet then your application should be approved!
