Meet Bavette, a bright and lovable 1-year-old Shepherd mix weighing about 42 lbs. She’s house-trained, crate-trained, and already a total pro at city living. On walks, she’s curious, polite, and respectful when meeting other dogs. She also tries to greet every person who passes by, and at home every visitor gets the full welcome treatment complete with wiggles and a request for scratches.
Bavette is smart as can be and extremely food motivated. She picked up Sit, Down, and Bed within just a few days, so training with her is genuinely fun and easy. Indoors, she settles beautifully with her toys and will gently tap your arm with her paw if your scratching hand slows down.
She’s adapted to the city like she was born here—unfazed by traffic, sirens, or subway rumbles—and her foster has yet to hear her bark.
Approved adopters interested in Bavette can email adopt@hbrdogs.com for more info. If you're not approved yet, apply today at hbrdogs.com.
