Introducing Reed! This adorable pug mix has gotten to Rhode Island to meet his foster family! Unfortunately, Reed cannot be adopted to Massachusetts. His foster Mom says he is so sweet and a great puppy! He sleeps through the night in his crate and loves a good snuggle in bed with his people in the morning! Reed has mastered using puppy pads and is working on housetraining, but baby it is cold outside for this pup! Reed went out with Foster Mom and Dad for coffee on a cold morning. He met big dogs, little dogs, and kids. He did great with everyone and will make a great addition to a lucky family! His foster family took a road trip for the holidays and Reed was afraid he would be left behind so he sat right in the middle of the suitcases. Of course, he was going too, and he was the best car passenger, sleeping peacefully in his crate during the ride. He loves to snuggle with other dogs and nap. Reed now has a girlfriend pup named Lola. She is a little bossy and Reed accepts correction from her well. He is great with other dogs and would make a great 2nd or 3rd dog addition to a family. He would love to be your work out buddy or office assistant; he just loves to be with his people. Check out Reed's new coat! He makes a great model and is all ready for whatever weather comes his way! He has the cutest little underbite and loves to show it off. Reed is a wonderful, fun pup who is excited to be in his new home in early 2026!
Reed has been growing into a healthy, vibrant pup, eager to start the next chapter of his life with a family who can provide him with love, care, and plenty of playtime. He is always ready to cuddle when picked up and, when showered with affection, he will happily snuggle in your arms and drift off into a peaceful slumber. The ideal home for Reed would be one with a family committed to the ongoing training and development of a puppy. He might be a small guy, but he has a big heart, and he is not afraid to use his puppy eyes to get his way! Reed is heartworm negative, 6 months old, and up to date on his vaccinations. Apply for him with a free application @ www.americanlabrescue.com. Reed is looking forward to learning about what it means to be a part of a family, and he is hoping that family is yours!
