Nino’s journey began in the same colony where he and his brothers, Lumo and Kael, were abandoned and mistreated. The neighbors didn’t want them around, took away their food, and made their lives very difficult. But even through all that pain, Nino’s heart remained full of love.
Once rescued, he began to show how affectionate and loyal he truly is. Nino loves attention he enjoys being near people, receiving pets, and feeling loved. He’s curious, social, and always happy to be part of what’s happening around him.
After all he’s been through, Nino is ready to find a loving home where he will be safe, cared for, and cherished every day.

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
