My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mike: Mike is a sweet and spirited 2-year-old Shih Tzu mix rescued from Alabama, looking for a loving forever home where he can thrive. With a moderate energy level, Mike loves to stay busy—whether that’s chasing his favorite toys, splashing in water, or exploring new surroundings on walks. He’s active, curious, and always ready for fun, but also knows how to settle down and enjoy quiet cuddle time with his people. Mike is wonderfully social and adaptable. He gets along well with dogs, cats, and kids, making him a fantastic addition to a multi-pet household or a family looking for a friendly, engaging companion. He is good on a leash, enjoys daily walks, and is eager to learn and explore the world safely alongside his humans. This affectionate boy thrives on attention and bonding. He loves to cuddle after playtime, enjoys being part of family activities, and brings a joyful, loving presence wherever he goes. With his playful personality, loving nature, and social charm, Mike is ready to become a loyal, devoted companion who fills his forever home with happiness, laughter, and love.
