Meet Bruce Wayne
Hi! I’m Bruce Wayne — but you can call me Brucy!
My story started a little differently from my foster siblings. I was found all alone in the middle of a residential street in Detroit when I was just 4–5 weeks old. Luckily, some wonderful people rescued me and brought me to my foster home, where I met Mama Peridea and her kittens. You’d never guess that she didn’t give birth to me — she welcomed me right in, and I became part of the family instantly.
I’m a handsome black kitten with big yellow eyes and a special extra toe on my right front paw (just that one — makes me unique, right?). Like my namesake Batman, I’m brave, loyal, and full of heart — but instead of fighting crime, I fight for cuddles! I absolutely LOVE being held and snuggled, and once I warm up, I purr like a little motor. I can be a bit shy at first, but I open up quickly once I know I’m safe and loved.
I get along great with other cats and would do best in a home with feline friends to keep me company. I don’t mind the dogs in my foster home, but I prefer to keep my distance.
If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate little hero who will swoop in and steal your heart, I might just be your perfect match.
Suggested Pairing: Peridea or Kashyyyk
Love, Bruce (aka Brucy the Mini Batman)

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
