Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there! My name is Dodger and I'm at the Santa Barbara Campus. I am a goofy 1 and a half year old black lab with tons of energy and love to give!
Fein left! Fein right! Tuck and roll! With energy like mine, I could have gone pro. Professional ball chaser, treat taker, water splasher. The list of my talents is so long it's starting to look like a terms and conditions contract. I'm brawn and brains with looks to match. Did someone say speed? Yea I've got that too. Hiking, running, playing at the beach. I can do it all. Ladies love me and who can blame them? I've been told this is a face every mother would love. While I do get along with other dogs, sometimes the excitement can get the better of me (I just want to meet them so bad!) so my friends at SBH are helping to teach me how to stay calm and follow directions. Do you need a star athlete? An adventure buddy? Someone to make you giggle and drain your cookie jar? Well I could be the one for you!
Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed.
Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Hills will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
Need some supplies? Both SB Humane Campuses have retail centers stocked with everything you need, at comparable prices, and your purchase helps support our mission.
Hope to see you soon!
