Meet Sun | Apply Here | Videos
This wonder pup is a 3 year old Old English Sheepdog and weighs 55lbs. His floof of a coat blows in the wind like a real life Fabio and his body still has the floppiness of a puppy.
During one of our spay and neuter clinics at our facility in Bundang, a local shelter brought Sun in to get neutered. As soon as our rescue manager saw him, she insisted we take him and help his journey. With personal experience with the breed, she knew how lovely this uncommon pup was, and how low his chance of adoption would be with his size.
Now in foster care, Sun is continuing to find himself and grow in many ways. On walks, he is beauty and grace and captivates the attention of many as he holds his nose up to the wind. He’s getting better at his leash walking manners by the day; though he is easily distracted, his quick-to-learn nature is helping him learn that engagement is key!
Inside, he’s a walking and breathing shag rug, often sprawled out on the bare floors and splooting in good form. He enjoys chewing and playing with toys, sniffing anything he can get his nose on, and more than anything taking a good nap.
Sun is looking for an adult-only household, ideally outside of Manhattan, where he can continue to thrive and grow.
This handsome guy is waiting for his happily ever after—once you’ve got your sheep in a row, submit your application and come meet him at the adoption event!
Home For The Holidays! $100 off Jindo adoption fees ($450 and up) from Dec 13–31.
