Hello my name is Sweet Pea. I'm a pitbull Australian Shepherd mix. My foster mom tells me all the time that I'm the sweetest pup in the world! She picked me up with my 2 sisters from a family that couldn't take care of us. We were all terrified of other dogs and people. My Foster Mom has worked really hard to help me trust people and now I love other dogs. I still need patience, love and trust with my new family. I can be timid at first but please just give me a chance and I will love you for life!

Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient. You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from 11am to 2:00 p.m. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
