Gilly is happiest when she’s out exploring the world on long walks, taking in every new smell and sight with her tail wagging nonstop. She’s an energetic, adventurous girl who would love an active human to keep up with her zest for life. Whether she’s trotting beside you or enjoying some playtime, Gilly brings joy and excitement wherever she goes. If you’re looking for a lively companion to join you on outdoor adventures, Gilly might be the perfect match. Come meet Gilly at CHS and let her brighten your day!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

You are welcome to visit the animals in residence with us on a walk-in basis Tuesday through Saturday 12AM to 4PM. Sunday meetings are by appointment only. We are closed on Mondays. Please feel free to call or email for an appointment to meet our adoptable pets.

We pride ourselves on offering one-on-one private adoption counseling. Once you have completed your adoption application (online) an adoption counselor will contact you for a private interview.

Our adoption fees and requirements vary based on each individual animal's needs. We work hand-in-hand with our adoption clients and hand-in-paw with our pets to make the best adoption matches.

In spite of our efforts, we understand that sometimes relationships fail. If at any time an adopter needs assistance with their new family member or finds it necessary to return their companion animal, we will respectfully work with that client to determine the best outcome for the animal.
