Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kennel staff are taking applications on me and picking the most appropriate home.
**I am currently out in foster with one of the Berkshire Humane Society Family Dog School training staff - if you are interested in meeting me, please call the kennel staff at (413) 447-7878 ext.126**
- Blue Heeler/German Shepherd/Husky Mix - Fearful - no kids, teens+ - Can climb out of ex-pens and attempted to leave the evaluation area several times - Moderately social with humans and relatively confident in exploring but will quickly go from exploring to fear if he startles himself - Not a good candidate for children, needs a quieter home with a family willing to put some time into gaining his trust - He will work for treats and came out of his shell for the evaluation - He is more social with the support of his brothers and might be best going home with an adult dog already in the home - Remarkably tolerant of handling - Almost cat-like in his interactions - Moderate energy
Dogs: Yes, needs to go home with another dog Cats: A dog savvy cat would be okay Kids: Teens+
