My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet STELLA SPOT!

STELLA SPOT is a sweet and spirited 2-year-old Lab mix who was rescued from rural Oklahoma and has since been blossoming beautifully in her foster home. This loving girl has a gentle heart and a deep desire to be close to her people—she’s the kind of dog who happily follows you from room to room, just wanting to be part of whatever you’re doing.

STELLA SPOT is playful, social, and does wonderfully with dogs of all ages and sizes. Her foster mom says she’d make a fantastic family dog thanks to her friendly nature and easygoing personality. She’s also house trained and well past the destructive puppy stage, making her a wonderful balance of fun and maturity.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will adore you endlessly and bring joy to your home, STELLA SPOT may be the perfect match. She can’t wait to find a family to call her own! 🐾💛

More about this rescue

A Lab for Life (ALL) provides a compassionate life-line to abandoned dogs that includes a safe haven, medical care by a licensed veterinarian, nutrition (food) and a fur-ever family through adoption. ALL promotes the humane treatment of animals in the community.

ALL was founded in July 2020 by a group of dog advocates in central Oklahoma and
Northeastern US after some had been volunteering with an out of state rescue for over 5 years. That experience solidified a local organization was needed. ALL formed to rescue as many stray, homeless and owner surrendered dogs as possible by partnering with many state-wide shelters and rescue operations. In addition to transferring homeless dogs from the shelters, fostering them in temporary homes and adopting them out, we also provide behavioral and medical resources to people who are considering surrendering their dog in an effort to keep the dog in their homes and out of the shelter/rescue system.
ALL operates under the 5 freedoms for animal welfare.
We are a brand new organization and welcome donations!
