Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Denny was found wandering on Halton Road in Greenville and, despite every effort to find an owner, no one ever came forward. Luckily, a kind foster stepped up to keep him safe while he waits for the perfect family.
Denny is a lovable, affectionate boy with a gentle soul. He’s eager to please and has already shown how quickly he can learn — he even had a donated session with a professional trainer and did wonderfully! He’ll benefit from continued guidance as he works on his manners and confidence. He’s a strong dog, and sometimes a bit unsure, so an adopter who can offer structure, patience, and love would be ideal.
He’s fully up to date on vaccines, recently neutered, and has already started the first steps of heartworm treatment with doxycycline. His full treatment plan will continue soon, and his foster can share all the details with anyone interested.
Denny truly wants to be someone’s loyal companion. If you’re looking for a sweet, eager-to-learn dog who just needs a stable home and a little guidance, Denny may be the one for you. He’s been waiting a long time for his person — could it be you?

More about this shelter
CCA was founded in 1980 by a small group of individuals dedicated to helping animals. Since then, our group has grown to include a small shelter. Our group's mission is varied: to maintain a shelter for abandoned, sick or injured animals; to adopt out dogs and cats to loving permanent homes; to provide for their animals low-cost spay/neuter assistance to families who lack the means to pay; and to strive to prevent and to stop abuse and/or neglect of an animal.
We are always in need of volunteers! If you are interested in becoming a part of our group, please let us know by calling 864.243.4222. We'd be glad to have you on board!
