My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jughead — The Goofy Good Boy!

Jughead is a 3-year-old, 65-lb lovebug who absolutely lives up to his name — goofy, sweet, and full of charm! He’s a happy pup who wants nothing more than to be near his people… preferably on your lap, even if he doesn’t quite fit.

❤️ What Makes Jughead Special

  • Crate trained and well-mannered

  • Knows basic commands: sit, heel, come

  • Great with other dogs — loves dog park playtime

  • Good with kids

  • Neutered and up-to-date on all vetting

  • A total sweetheart who loves affection and play

Best Home for Jughead

Jughead does great with most dogs, but he cannot live with cats or small animals like guinea pigs — they’re just a little too interesting to him.

He’d thrive in a home where he can play, cuddle, and enjoy being part of the family.

To Do All We Can to Aid in the Rescue, Safety and Welfare of Stray and Abandoned Animals to end as much suffering as possible.

We realize we cannot save the world … but we can try by working with each rescued animal on an individual basis.

Go meet their pets

Because we are not a shelter, do not have a boarding facility, and are not connected with any other agency, we always welcome foster homes where animals can stay temporarily. We also welcome all tax-deductible donations from individuals or foundations.
No donation is too small.
