My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Turnip!

Turnip is a sweet 3-year-old mixed breed who came to us as a stray on 11/25, and she’s been quietly stealing hearts ever since. This gentle girl has a calm, easygoing presence—she’s often found sitting quietly with a relaxed body, wagging tail, and ready to give kisses to anyone who stops by to say hello.

Turnip can be a bit submissive at first and may roll over when meeting new people, but she warms up quickly and calmly accepts all pets and interactions. She walks nicely on leash and is a pleasure to take out and about.

In playgroup, Turnip shows that she’s social but polite. She enjoys greeting other dogs and engaging in gentle, dainty play. While she may give appropriate corrections if another dog gets too pushy, she communicates well and prefers respectful canine friends. Overall, she does best with dogs who match her softer play style.

If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion who enjoys quiet moments, gentle play, and lots of love, Turnip might be the perfect addition to your family. Come meet her and see if she’s the missing ingredient in your home!
