Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ozzy is a big fluffy boy but don’t let his future size full you. He is a big love bug and aspires to be the best lap cat out there! Did I mention that he is gorgeous? Oh, he likes toys and can play and have zoomies like the rest of them, but he is really a SNUGGLER! Whoever looks in Ozzy’s eyes and says “This one is mine” will have a great companion. Ozzy and his littermates were born June 5th of 2025. If he is not neutered by the time he is adopted, he will be on a spay/neuter contract. He is microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Additional adoption info

All interested parties must fill out an adoption application and be approved prior to adoption. If a family has currently, or in the recent past had pets then a veterinary reference is required. If not then two personal references are required. Our adoption fees for dogs range from $150-$300. Our adoption fee for cats is free will donation. After an adoption has been approved an adoption contract must be signed.

More about this shelter

The ECAS is an all volunteer, no kill shelter. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome pets in need due to neglect, abandonment, abuse or from simply not being wanted! We started in 2010 due to a need in our community. We are currently a foster based organization and we are currently building our new shelter facility. We work hand in hand with other rescue and shelters in the area to help out when and where we are needed.
