Current assessment and personality: Jovie is a very social and curious young mare. She loves attention and will always meet you at the gate. She has been lunged in tack as well as had a rider sit on her however we have not yet had a chance to perform a full evaluation. She took the saddle/bit/rider with no issues but we do get the feeling she is very green broke. She would benefit from an advanced adopter that is willing to put the time into her groundwork training before she is started back up under saddle.

Health/lameness: Due to the large amount of pink skin on her body, Jovie sunburns VERY easily. She does require a full nose fly mask in the summer time as well as either being stalled, turned out in the shade during the day, or wearing a full neck fly sheet to protect her skin.
