Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Location: Maple Lake, MN
Hi everyone! My name is Posey.
I am a mixed breed dog & I have unique fur coloring. Especially my face where I have a heart pattern above my eyes. Everyone that meets me says how cute I am! I am very affectionate & love when my foster family holds & snuggles me. I adore playing with my foster siblings Brooklyn (German shepard mix) & Buddy (lab mix). I have medium energy & can enjoy being active or relaxing as long as Im with people I care about. I am becoming a pro at potty training. So far I am 6 days accident free! I like to go potty after I have my breakfast & dinner & I go right away when my foster mom let's me outside & tells me to "go potty".
Im also doing really well in what my foster mom calls "school". We do school every day and I practice my sit, down, & come. Im also starting to learn "spin" like my foster siblings, where i spin around in a circle. I catch on quick in school and am very treat motivated. Put a treat in front of me and Ill be ready and attentive to learn all the new tricks!
I am crate training and I do really well at night in my crate as long as Im in the same room as my foster family. I curl up in my crate and sleep all through the night no problem.
I really like my woof pupsicle treats when my foster family leaves for work! Since I love my food so much I am learning to slow down while I eat and I use a slow feeder bowl. I also really love playing with toys, especially tug of war!

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
