Say hello to Pablo, a 2–3 year old Red Heeler mix who’s as sweet, loyal, and goofy as they come 💛
Pablo spent most of this year in a shelter, from January until just a week ago. Now that he’s finally in a loving foster home, he’s learning how wonderful life outside of the shelter can be. After spending so much of his young life waiting, this handsome boy truly deserves a forever home of his very own 🏡❤️
Pablo is good with men, women, and teens. He’s crate and house trained, and has a medium-to-high energy level. He’s calm and cuddly indoors, but playful and full of zoomies when outside! 🐕💨 He’s working on his leash manners and would thrive with a secure yard and an active, patient adopter who enjoys walks, hikes, or backyard playtime.
He has not yet been fully tested with other dogs, so we recommend slow and proper introductions to see how he does. 🐾
Some of Pablo’s favorite things include playing fetch, tug-o-war, watching lizards, and leaning in for neck scratches. He’ll even close his eyes and softly snore when he’s really happy 😴 He’s gentle when taking treats, has the cutest curly tail, and loves being near his people.
If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion who just wants a chance to be loved, Pablo might be your perfect match 💕
