My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Shaggy
Sex: Male
Age: 3 years
Breed: Schnauzer Mix
Size: Small–Medium
Color: Salt and Pepper
Weight: 37 lbs
Neutered: Yes  Vaccinated: Yes  Dewormed: Yes  4DX: Negative

Personality:

Meet Shaggy, a 3-year-old Schnauzer mix with a gentle heart and a playful spirit. He’s lived successfully with other dogs in the past, but he’ll do best as the only dog or with slow, thoughtful introductions to dog friends. Shaggy also needs a little time to decompress in a new environment, so a calm home with older children is recommended. With patience and love, this sweet boy will blossom into the loyal companion he’s meant to be.
He loves companionship. Shaggy is also a great little watchdog—he’ll give a few barks when someone’s at the door to let you know.

About:
Shaggy’s story began at a veterinary clinic, where he was sadly abandoned and spent about six months waiting for someone to notice him. Despite everything, he remains a loving and trusting boy. Now, Shaggy is ready for a second chance—a forever home where he’ll be cherished, respected, and loved like he deserves.
