This helps San Diego Humane Society - Oceanside Campus (Dogs) with pet care costs.
How this pet arrived:
Molly was brought in by a community member on November 23, 2025.
Why this pet is the one for you:
Molly is a beautiful, social girl who came to us through a community member, and we're still getting to know her likes and dislikes. What we've learned so far is that she can be a bit fearful with new people and in unfamiliar situations, so she'll thrive with a patient family willing to give her the time and space she needs to relax and decompress at her own pace. Once she's comfortable, her playful side really shines - she lives to chase and chew tennis balls (no really, she LOVES tennis balls) and she enjoys being pet. Molly is still learning her leash manners and may do best walking with a harness to help her feel secure. Because of her sensitivity, children in the home should be 6 years or older, and they'll need to be present for the meet-and-greet. We also know she can be selective with other dogs, so slow, proper introductions are essential. With the right family, Molly has all the potential to be a wonderful companion - bring a leash, a collar, and take this lovely girl home today!
At SDHS:
Molly has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. She is now ready for her new home!
Shy/Fearful Dog: Molly requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about her.
