My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Norah !!

This tiny little lady is such a sweet girl. A really great low key dog.

She came to us from the shelter. She had some pretty bad dental needs that we have gotten fixed. She is doing really well and ready to find a great new home.

Norah is an approx. 9 year old female. She is a Yorkie mix. She weighs 9.7 Pounds. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped already. She is heartworm negative and on monthly preventions. She just had her dental cleaning and is doing well.

She has been very good with her training so far. She has done very well with potty training and so far not had any accidents. She is crate trained but also does well without a crate. She was perfect on all car rides. She does well on a leash also but prefers to be carried.

Norah has done well with all the dogs she’s met both big and small. She is also fine being the only dog as she is more interested in her people. She is friendly and loving with kids. As with any dog she would need any children in the house to be respectful and not treat her like a toy. She’s never been around cats so we don’t know how she would do.

She has a fairly low energy level and would be great for a senior home or even a home that works and needs a lower energy dog that wont be bothered being home all day. She has spunky moments where she likes to run around the yard but nothing to energetic.

Norah isn’t much into toys or playing. She is just content to hang out around the house and get loved one. She hasn’t shown any issues sharing food, treats, or toys with humans or other pets.

Overall she’s a wonderful and loving dog thats very easy going. A great little companion!

??She will need regular grooming. This requires time to get her to and from the appointments and additional expenses to pay for it. On average a dog of this breed will need grooming every 6 weeks. This should be fully considered prior to applying to adopt her.??

Vet and home checks required.

Located in Hampton VA.
(She will need to be adopted within a 2 hour drive radius)
