Spicoli can get a bit overexcited at times, which may come out as some jumpy enthusiasm, but he responds wonderfully to positive-reinforcement training and is ready to learn with a patient, consistent family. He can be sensitive with certain types of handling, so partnering with a fear-free veterinarian will help him feel confident during future vet visits. Spicoli does pull on leash and will benefit from continued leash-training practice. Once he warms up, this smart pup's playful personality shines through - especially when treats are involved!
