My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Hue, the dog who comes in only one color… ADORABLE! This sweet senior boy can be a little nervous at first, but give him some time and his true colors shine through! With the right amount of patient and love he’s all soft tones and cozy vibes. He gets along great with other dogs and loves having calm buddies around while he settles in. A little patience goes a long way with Hue, and once he trusts you, he’s the softest, sweetest shade of loyal!

Here's some notes from his foster:

Hue is doing really well! He’s warmed up to us and lets us know when he wants snuggles and kisses. He’s a little old man who will follow you around the house with his tippy-taps. He has gotten comfortable with stairs to get in/out of our house. Hue prefer to do his business outside after he eats and has not used a pee pad inside. He also loves exploring in our gated backyard.

Hue is great on walks and he loves to smell everything. He’s great with other dogs and does his own thing while cohabitating. Hue sleeps in the bed with us and his preferred sleeping location is between our pillows and occasionally resting his head on you. So cute!

Additional adoption info

All of our senior mutts are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and given flea/tick/dewormer medication. Regular adoptions are typically $250, and there is no adoption fee for senior adopters and Hospice adoptions, though we love donations to help pay it forward for the next mutt!
