My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Fraggle!
Pit Mix • Male • ~13 months • 30 lbs

Fraggle is a sweet local boy rescued from CBAS, and he is so ready for his second chance! This handsome nugget loves nothing more than being right by your side—your shadow, your snuggle buddy, your built-in best friend.

After spending time in the shelter, Fraggle is still learning home manners and perfecting his potty routine. A yard of his very own would make his tail wag nonstop! He’s not the biggest fan of the crate and would much rather curl up next to you at night.

This playful guy LOVES toys, enjoys walks, and aims to please. Fraggle appears to be kid- and dog-friendly with proper introductions, and we’re still unsure about cats.

Fraggle will thrive with patience, love, and a family willing to guide him as he discovers how wonderful life outside the shelter can be. He has all the potential to be the world’s greatest best friend.

Think Fraggle could be your new sidekick? Apply to adopt at buddysrescue.org! (7)

More about this rescue

Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 dog rescue organization and completely foster-based in the Western New York area. We pull dogs and puppies from high-kill rescues all over the country that are on lists to be euthanized. We place them in foster homes until they find their furever homes here in WNY. Every dog that is saved opens up room for another. So in essence two dogs lives are being saved!!
