This handsome little fella is Gizmo, a 3-4 year old, 16 pound, Yorkshire Terrier mix who came to our rescue as a stray a couple months ago. Gizmo is a super sweet, super friendly, and sensitive little dog. He loves kids and enjoys running and playing with them. Gizmo does better having a fenced yard where he can run and play safely; he does walk nicely on a leash too for those daily walks. Gizmo is completely housebroken.
Gizmo has some separation anxiety so we are seeking adopters who are home most of the day. In addition, there must be another smaller dog in the adoptive home to keep him company because it helps him feel safe and less alone. Gizmo does not do well in a crate; he is not destructive in the home but will bark and drool if crated alone. He really is a super great little dog.
This dog has been examined by licensed veterinarians, provided inoculations, tested for diseases, neutered, and microchipped. ADOPTION APPLICATIONS should be requested from acaringplace@comcast.net
