Hi! I’m Sadie, and I’m a happy, sweet, energetic girl who loves making new friends. I came here from Tennessee, and I’m always ready to say hello with a wagging tail and a big smile. I’m very affectionate and don’t mind being handled at all, though I can get a little wiggly when I’m excited. I’m still working on my manners, especially jumping up and pulling on leash, but I’m smart, I listen well, and I’m super food motivated—training sounds like fun to me! I love toys, especially stuffed ones, and I enjoy playful time with people and other dogs! I’d do great in a home with another playful dog, sturdy kids, and I’m even cat approved as long as they don’t mind an energetic roommate. If you’re looking for a joyful, affectionate dog who’s ready to learn and up for some fun, I might be your girl! Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: White Weight: 58.2 Age: 0yrs 11mths 3wks

HSSC places animals on a first come, first serve basis. After an animal that is available for adoption has been met with, the animal’s name can be put on an application. Animals that are applied for must be adopted the same day or within 24 hours of the animal being placed on the adoption application. Exceptions will be made if any animal needs a medical procedure, but then will need to be adopted within 24 hours of being cleared from that procedure. HSSC reserves the right to accommodate alternate timelines for special needs/behavioral issue animals.
It is the potential adopter's responsibility to communicate with their landlord to contact HSSC for approval or to provide documentation stating permission within 24 hours of application submission.
It is also the potential adopter's responsibility to produce a current rabies certificate for their current dog(s) to conduct a dog to dog meet and greet within 24 hours of application submission.
