My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Binx - The Tuxedo Heartthrob in Waiting

No magic tricks, no spell books - Binx is genuinely that handsome. With his classic tuxedo coat and soulful eyes, he looks like he walked straight off a movie set.

Binx is still feeling a bit shy in the shelter environment, but give him time to trust you and you’ll see his sweet side unfold. Once he’s comfortable, he leans in for gentle pets, offers soft head butts and quietly asks for more affection in the most endearing way.

Binx will shine brightest in a calm home with adopters who’ll let him settle at his own pace and cheer him on as his confidence grows.

If you’re looking for a handsome gentleman who just needs a little patience to blossom, Binx is ready to steal the show.

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
