Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Flapjack is a gentle, sensitive pup who’s already beginning to come out of his shell. He’s neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, and has been learning that people can be safe and kind. Flapjack arrived very scared, but each day he shows a little more of his personality—soft, sweet, and eager to trust. With a patient and loving family, he’ll have the chance to grow in confidence and learn all the things a dog should know. This sweet boy is ready for a forever home where he can flourish at his own pace.

Animals have to be spayed or neutered prior to leaving the shelter. This is covered completely by the adoption fee if the adopter uses one of our local approved vets. If the adopter wants to have the spay/neuter done by a different vet, AWOL will pay a portion of the cost. All animals leaving prior to being spayed/neutered require a deposit that will be returned to the adopter after proof of spay/neuter.
