My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Astrid is a bright, energetic young pup on the lookout for a loving family to call her own. This sweet girl is as friendly as they come and has a special fondness for stuffed animals. She’ll happily spend her day playing, exploring, and showing off her goofy side.
Still growing and learning, Astrid is searching for adopters who can help guide her as she masters all the important life skills. In return, she’ll offer her people unwavering loyalty, endless affection, and a lifetime of adventure. Because Astrid is still working on sharing her most treasured treats, any children in her new home are required to be age 10 or older so they can respect her boundaries. We also recommend a family with prior dog experience so they can support her training needs and help her continue to flourish. Astrid may enjoy having a doggie companion, but she does like to be the boss. If you already have a resident dog, a dog introduction at the shelter is required to see if Astrid and her new friend will be a good match. If you’re looking for a fun, loving, loyal “partner in crime” to grow and learn with, Astrid just might be your girl!
