Hi, I am Jinxy! I was born at the rescue when a good Samaritan found my Mom. She didn't realize she was pregnant until the next morning when me and my siblings arrived! I am one of four siblings. I have a sister named Binx that I am currently in foster with. We are not bonded, but I would love to find my furever home with her or another feline!

I have two different colored eyes. My foster Mom says I am rare because of that, but I like to think I am rare because of my personality! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to talk and be held. I am the purrrrrrfect cat! I am very clean with my food, water and litter box. I am also kid-friendly, but I have never been around dogs.

I am fully vetted, FIV negative and microchipped! I am spayed and up to date on all of my vaccines. If you think I could be your furever love, please apply for me (and maybe my siblings, too!) at www.castawaycritters.org.

We offer an online adoption application at www.castwaycritters.org. We do check references, vet references, and housechecks. Once you are approved, you will be required to fill out an adoption agreement. Our animals have all been wormed, altered and vaccinated. Cats have been tested for FIV/FeLV. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt; however, it is required. Applications are processed in the order received in an effort to find the best match possible for both the dog and the adopter.

More about this rescue

We are a non-profit rescue group that takes in stray, abandoned, and sick animals, giving them medical and foster care until available for adoption. We offer low cost spay/neuter clinics to the public and a special program called Operation CatNIP for pet cats of low income qualified individuals and feral cats, and assist in TNR for cats.
