Say hi to Murphy, the heart-melter of the litter. This small but mighty 3-month-old pittie mix plays just as hard as his siblings, enjoying games of chase and chewing on his favorite toys. When it’s time to rest, he’s equally happy snuggled in a puppy pile or curled up in your arms—snoring included! Murphy is loving, playful, and adaptable, making him a great fit for any dog-loving home.
Murphy is available through our foster to adopt program (must live 60 miles from Kansas City) since he is yet to be neutered.
Murphy's adoption fee is $250 and includes age appropriate vaccinations, dewormer, heartworm medication, microchip and spay/neuter surgery.

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
