Introducing Snuggles!
With a name like hers, you already know this little German Shepherd mix pup is something truly special. Snuggles and her siblings were discovered in a field with no one to care for them, but thanks to our incredible partner in South Carolina, they were brought to safety. When SNARR heard about these sweet babies, we jumped at the chance to help.

Snuggles is every bit as lovable as her name suggests. She’s a snuggly, affectionate sweetheart who melts right into your arms the moment you pick her up. She adores people of all ages, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and has a soft, gentle spirit that makes everyone fall for her instantly.

This precious girl will be arriving to New York on 12/13, ready to bring warmth, joy, and plenty of cuddles to her forever family.

An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

Go meet their pets

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
