Introducing Angelcake!
Angelcake is a precious German Shepherd mix pup with a personality as sweet as her name. She and her siblings were discovered alone in a field, but thanks to our amazing partner in South Carolina, SNARR was able to step in and they are now safe and ready for their happily-ever-after.

Angelcake is a joyful, spirited little girl who melts hearts wherever she goes. She’s friendly with everyone she meets, loves other pups, and brings a light, happy energy to every moment. Whether she’s bouncing around with her playful puppy antics or gazing up at you with those big, trusting eyes, she’s impossible not to fall for.

She’ll be arriving to New York on 12/13, excited to meet the family who will cherish her for a lifetime.

Additional adoption info

An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

Go meet their pets

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
