I might be tiny, but my heart is big enough to light up your whole holiday season. I’m a cute little chiweenie with soft ears, a waggy tail, and the kind of sparkle in my eyes that gives me my name!

I love snuggles, warm blankets, and following my favorite humans around like the loyal little sidekick I am. I’m playful, gentle, and always ready to make you smile—whether it’s with my zoomies, my cuddles, or the way I tilt my head when you talk to me.

What I want most this Christmas is a forever family to call my own. I dream of cozy nights by the tree, treats shaped like candy canes, and waking up every morning knowing I’m loved.

Submit Application

Whether you're interested in a specific pet or not, fill out our application online at houstonpetsalive.org.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once your application is approved, a meet and greet will be set up between you and your pet of interest.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet and greet goes well and your adoption application is approved, you will sign the adoption contract.

4.
Pay Fee

Once the adoption contract is signed, you will pay the adoption fee.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Bring your new best friend home! Remember that it will take some time for him/her to adjust to their new environment.
