My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

These 7 siblings came to our rescue as stray puppies. Their mom, Kaitlyn, had wandered onto a family's property about 4 weeks earlier, fully pregnant and with a severely broken jaw. The family kept Kaitlyn and the pups until we could make space for them here at SoCo Rescue.

Each of the puppies within this litter, known as our "K" litter, have already started to develop very well-socialized personalities. they love their interaction with people, each being very playful and affectionate. Each is busting with energy and appear to be very healthy, a testiment the how dedicated Kaitlyn was to providing care for them even while she was in pain from her broken jaw. Based off of their mom's personality and from what we've seen thus far, each of our K litter pups will make great additions into just about any home situation.

As of Dec 11, the K litter pups have only received their first round of "puppy" vaccinations and de-worming. Because of that and with them being only 6 weeks old, we will allow them to be adopted but won't release them into their new homes until around Jan 6. At that time, they will have received their second round of vaccinations and de-wormings. (A third and final round would still need to be given by the adopter's vet.) They will also need to acquire their rabies vaccination after they reach 12 weeks of age.

Their adopter must also agree to having their puppy spayed or neutered once it reaches 6 months old and remitting verification of such to our rescue.
