My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**IN NEED OF FOSTER TOO!**

"Adventure Buddy Looking for His Forever Home!"

I'm Ronin! I am a striking 5½-year-old mix of Doberman, American Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, and Australian Cattle Dog. I am adventurous, athletic, and an intelligent companion who loves being outdoors. My favorite activities include long walks, mountain hikes, running, wrestling, car rides, and soaking up the sun - especially on warm summer days. I'm happiest when exploring nature and practicing my own version of parkour on rocks and logs. I am brave, curious and smart. I thrive with structure and enjoy learning new things. I am very loyal and bond deeply once I trust you.

General Socialization Notes:
I would do best in a home that understands my needs. I can be reactive to other dogs and I take time to warm up to new people, so patience and consistency are key. I am selective about human interaction and will let you know when I want space. I like to keep watch and may bark at the fence. With training and patience, I am willing to learn.
I am crate trained.

Does Ronin like other animals?
I may do best in a home as an only dog so I can get all the love from my humans. No cats please.

Does Ronin like children?
I'd do best in a home with older children or an adult only home.

Favorite Toys:
I like stuffed toys and chew toys.

Ideal Forever Home:
I would flourish in a home with a tall fenced yard, multiple daily walks, and an active person or family who loves car rides and mountain adventures (don’t forget my shoes and jacket for cold weather!). I'd be the perfect partner for someone who enjoys the outdoors and wants a smart, athletic dog to share it with. No small children please.
