My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, my name is Tigger! I am a 6-year-old neutered male. I am current on my vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped!!

3 words that describe me: Playful, content, loyal.

Things Tiggers foster has to say about him: A very low key and easy boy. He gets along great with our dogs and is very respectful of our cats. He bonds very quickly with new people and will be your constant shadow.
He would prefer to sleep in bed with his people but has settled for a crate next to the bed. He can be nervous/unsure in new situations and seeks reassurance from his people. Tigger is incredibly affectionate, giving hugs and kisses and he’ll nudge your hand if you’re not providing enough pets.
He’s very content to spend all day lounging around when needed which is great since nobody wants to be outside in this weather!

Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 6 or 7/10

Housetraining Status: With a consistent routine, my foster mom says I am fully potty trained!

I should do well in a home: Due to my timid personality, any children in my potential home will need to be 8 years or older. I am required to meet any and all dogs in the household before adoption. I ignored the cats in my previous home.

My favorite activities are: Going for walks, playing fetch, and cuddling!

Things I need work on are: My foster says I'm already pretty perfect but, I am a smart guy and could always learn new tricks!

Any special needs: N/A

Doggy day out notes:
"Tigger did super on his DD outing! He loved being out and exploring the great outdoors! He is a bit shy but once he warms up to you, which is quick, your his favorite person and loves your company! I have no doubt that he will thrive in a home setting. Love this boy💙"

"Tigger did amazing on his DD outing! This was his 2nd outing with me and was more comfortable being out and around me. Tigger likes calm, quiet environments and going to places with very little activity. He is alot of fun getting to know and he I would love to see him out on more outings with other volunteers. That would be good for him💙"

" Tigger did amazing on his DD outing! Such a sweet, mellow boy. He loved to be back at the house just lounging & napping but when it was time for a walk he was excited! He loves being out on walks!
Tigger likes quiet, calm places to hang out at with little to no activity so he thoroughly enjoyed time spent at the house. Tigger is a bit shy but once he warms up to you he loves being near you enjoying your company. Love this little guy and he will make a very nice addition to a home💙"
