My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Wiley, an 8-month-old Bluetick Coonhound mix who is more than just a good boy—he’s a bundle of love ready to brighten someone’s life. Smart and eager to please, Wiley is already house- and crate-trained and picks up new things quickly. He has a playful spirit and adores his ball, bones, and tasty treats, loves car rides and long walks, and is gentle and kind with kids, cats, and other dogs. A true snuggler at heart, Wiley is the perfect mix of fun, loyalty, and affection, dreaming of a family to call his own and share his joy every day.

More about this rescue

We help animals who are in need by placing them in a loving foster home, providing medical care, and finding the perfect home for that animal to live in for the rest of its life. Tails of Hope takes mainly dogs, but has occasionally helped other animals in need. We take animals in through shelters and other rescue organizations, as strays, or as owner surrenders from people in our local communities.
