My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ulysses, a super-sweet lover boy whose favorite things include cuddles and kisses! He is dog-friendly and has a happy, playful, affectionate personality that shines through in everything he does. Ulysses does well in his kennel during the workday, sleeps in his kennel at night, and even enjoys eating his meals there. He loves following his people around like a little shadow, curling up with a chew toy, running and playing in the yard with other dogs, and soaking up belly rubs—especially when he can cuddle as close as possible. Ulysses is pure joy wrapped in fur and ready to share his love with a lucky family.

More about this rescue

We help animals who are in need by placing them in a loving foster home, providing medical care, and finding the perfect home for that animal to live in for the rest of its life. Tails of Hope takes mainly dogs, but has occasionally helped other animals in need. We take animals in through shelters and other rescue organizations, as strays, or as owner surrenders from people in our local communities.
