My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Xavier 🐾
Xavier is a 1-year-old blue tick coonhound mix with a heart as big as his floppy ears. This handsome boy is incredibly friendly and loves everyone he meets—people, kids, dogs, and even cats!
Xavier is house trained and crate trained, making him an easy addition to any home. He’s very well-mannered, eager to please, and knows how to relax just as well as he knows how to have fun. He absolutely loves being outside, whether it’s exploring the yard, going for walks, or soaking up fresh air.
When playtime is over, Xavier’s favorite things are belly rubs and snuggling. He’s the kind of dog who will happily curl up next to you and be your loyal companion.
If you’re looking for a sweet, social, and well-rounded pup who’s ready to be part of the family, Xavier might be your perfect match. 💙

More about this rescue

We help animals who are in need by placing them in a loving foster home, providing medical care, and finding the perfect home for that animal to live in for the rest of its life. Tails of Hope takes mainly dogs, but has occasionally helped other animals in need. We take animals in through shelters and other rescue organizations, as strays, or as owner surrenders from people in our local communities.
