Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Wyatt is a 3-month-old male Staffie mix currently being fostered in Austin, TX, but can transport out of state when matched with an approved adopter.
Wyatt is a little sweetie pie who loves to stay close by your side and shower you with kisses. He plays well with his siblings—though surrounded by all those sisters, he sometimes prefers hanging back with his big foster uncle. He’s a clever pup who has already figured out how to climb on top of the kennel and even up onto the patio table. With his bright smile, gentle nature, and easygoing personality, Wyatt is just as happy cuddling as he is exploring.
Wyatt is treat- and toy-motivated, which makes him eager to learn and a great candidate for training as he grows. He’s never one to get lost in the shuffle and tends to be a thoughtful little observer, taking it all in before diving into the action. His sweet temperament, playful energy, and affectionate spirit make him the kind of puppy who will quickly become the heart of his forever family.
Like most puppies his age, Wyatt is still working on housebreaking and crate training, so he’ll need a family that’s ready to guide him with patience, structure, and consistency. Because he’s still young and learning, he’ll do best in a home where someone is around more often than not to help support his development and give him the attention he needs to thrive. He’s already making steady progress—he sleeps through the night in his crate and is picking up on routines quickly. He’s not yet leash trained, so his forever family should be prepared to help him build confidence with walks and new environments.
Wyatt hasn’t been around children or cats, but we believe he would do well in a calm home with respectful, well-mannered kids who understand how to interact with puppies. He’s fantastic with other dogs and would benefit from the companionship of a confident canine friend.
We can’t guarantee Wyatt’s adult size, but based on his current age and breed mix, he is estimated to grow into a large-sized dog. If you’re ready for a playful, affectionate, and loyal companion, Wyatt is ready to meet you!
