Say hello to Rocky, a one-year-old German Shepherd (or so we think!) with movie-star looks and a heart full of love! 🐶✨ At around 50 pounds, this handsome guy is soft, sweet, and seriously adorable. His gentle eyes and velvety coat are just the beginning—Rocky’s personality is as winning as his good looks. He's still young and has all the smarts and charm you'd hope for in a loyal best friend.
Rocky is the whole adorable package—he’s lived with kids, cats, and other dogs, and did wonderfully with everyone! 🐾💛 He walks beautifully on leash, rides calmly in the car, and is already crate trained. Whether you're up for an adventure or just want a cozy night in, Rocky is the kind of dog who’s happy to be right by your side. He’s intelligent, eager to please, and always ready to shower you with affection.
Rocky is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccines, so he’s ready to roll into his forever home. While he looks like a German Shepherd to us, we can’t say for sure—it’s always just a guess based on appearance. If you’re looking for a sweet, smart, and steady companion, Rocky is ready to fill your heart and home with love. 🐕❤️

More about this rescue
The vision of Animal Compassion Team has been years in the making, shaped by hard work, heartbreak, and an unwavering love for animals. Despite the challenges, we chose this path because saving lives matters—it's that simple. Every dog, cat, and animal we rescue reaffirms our commitment to making a difference. In August 2009, we took a leap of faith and became a 501(c)3 non-profit, ready to turn hope into action. Each life saved makes every effort worthwhile, and we look forward to sharing countless happy endings.
Our Mission Statement
To provide a safe haven for animals of all breeds and species through rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and sanctuary. To advocate for humane treatment, promote the human-animal bond, and educate about kindness, compassion, and responsible pet ownership, emphasizing spaying and neutering. Together with other rescues and shelters, we strive toward a no-kill nation.
