Meet the Pet
Alvin and Atticus were brought to the shelter after their mother passed away. They were small and grimy and hungry and desperate for some TLC. Atticus still has a habit of sucking on his brother’s ear. The boys are super friendly to humans and need to be adopted together. At one point Atticus got seriously ill and had to be put in a cubby to be treated. Alvin stayed by the door of the community room they were in and begged for his brother to come back until we had to pull him so they could be together. They both started acting more themselves right away. Words fall short to describe these special brothers and their bond.
Atticus was born June of 2024. He is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. As always, cat/kitten adoptions are free will donation to approved applicants. ****The first step in the adoption process is to complete the application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org****
